Sits in the drivers side air dam and looks like an oven element. Sort of curls around and is a pipe for something. Maybe brake fluid cooler?

I took a photo but I don't my cable to download the photo at the moment.

I want to attach my transmission cooler to it so I can fit my intercooler in the front.

Yep.

Very Very basic cooling system. Sometimes you will see them with a plastic jacket with lolts of fins on them. The fins obviously help cooling.

Commodores do the trasmission cooling in the same way.

Well, put it this way.

I wouldn't do it to my car.

Think of the transmission cooler when it is full of oil, probably weighs a couple of Kilos.

when think of the bumps you will encounter on way to day driving, and the effect that couple of Kilos will have on your transmission cooler lines.....

Not good.
