Engine knock

Hey guys.. I get read outs on my power fc of around 10 if i drive it normal but when i give it the full berries and rev it out i get up to 18-25 knock reading... is that bad?

The dash warning is usually set at between 40 and 60, so 25 is OK.

I got a 99 once on my pfc hand controller.

On the dyno it never goes above 30 but sometimes on the street i get 65 or so, could this be a faulty sensor?

My car never gets over 20 ATM. Ben is the PFC king

So far my record is a high 40, Normally runs in the teens or low 20s. Its noisier under decceleration then load so i suspect its just mechanical noise:(

Mine's weird. When I have the exhaust silencer on and try to gun it, it engine pings and I the highest read out I got was 70.

Take it off and gun it, and it doesn't go above 20-30.

Can anyone shed light?

While we are on the timing topic. What kinda timming advance do you guy runs on the RB25's? I beleave mine under full boost at 7K is 25 degree's which seems to be working fine for my but I am wondering about midrange off boost timing to give the car alittle better throttle responce. As of now my knock only goes up to 15-18 and it appears to be just machanical noise and only happens when I tip the throttle lightly while cruising.

how could you get 175 when the pfc on reads to 99 max knock?

The PFC reads above 99 knock, on cold starts mine sometimes reads 127 (its always 127). Otherwise its always on 0. I think my det sensors are faulty
