Help with this turbo

Hi all i have been looking at buying a new turbo for my car it is a r33 gtst and i have came across these turbos on ebay (click link below) can some one tell me if it is a direct fit and will it make a big difference from the standard one i dont know too much about turbos just wanna know if it will do the job i have currently 192 rwkw lookin for around the 250 rwkw mark will this turbo get it there or do i have to look at some other ones. and i know just chaging the turbo wont get it to the 250rwkw most of the other mods are already done thanks

With compressor housing is a 60ar, The turbine side is a 48ar, very doubtfull it will flow near 550hp. 48 A/R turbine housing is also 2 small and will bring on boost very low in the rpm range and will need mega boost to get 250rwkw if the turbo can even support it!
