Mag wheel repair help

I have a set of 17" panasport g7 3 piece mags and have found that they have previously been welded and the welds have cracked and now my rim is leaking.

It is on the inside of the rim so i think it is unrepairable, but due to it being a 3 piece mag was thinking that there may be some company out there that could build me a new outter rim section and put the other bits of my wheel on it.

Does anyone know of any business that i could get in contact with and try and any rough ideas of price?

Don't know about Brisbane, but I know where it can be done in Sydney and for under $200.00 per rim, inner or outer.
