hey guys, i was looking at getting a GT3071R with a 0.64 rear housing on a T25/T28 flange. was wondering if this would push to much boost for my stock internals. i currently only have 044 fuel pump , 3" turbo back exhaust, FMIC. i would obviously be getting a ECU remap straight after and have already got a boost controller. ANY HELP PLEASE ? my goal at the moment is 200rwkw+ but am looking to go further in the future!

As many others would say...Do a search!!

But i can tell you that a 3071 is overkill for 200rwkw...plus the flange is wrong...how much more than 200 do you want? 250? 300? 500? decide on what you want and then research from there...for lowish 200s you have several options...

cheers

thanks mate,

any hot tips as to the next mods?

want to be hitting around 180 - 200kw at the treads

Read all the replies in this thread? If you want a budget 200rwkw get a r34 rb25 turbo, nistune, a r34 sidemount intercooler and full 3" exhaust. That will see you 180-200kw depending on the dyno and tune.

All the other stuff you listed is just ricey mods you don't need. Also if you are going to do the suspension do it properly and get some decent gear in there.

sorry i was a bit lazy lol.

are the springs in it at the moment not that good?

i dont want to change the intercooler i have on it already

sounds like a new turbo and a tune is the way to go.

Oh if you already have the intercooler then def stick with it, king springs are pretty awful, if you are going to go to the effort of changing them put something decent in. I assume you will be paying someone to do it and labour will be the bulk of the cost. As for shocks KYB aren't bad but you could get something better like koni or one of sydney kids bilstein packages for not much more. The ride quality and handling will be so much better.

edit: Are those mods what you already have done? or you are looking at doing?

edit2: I assume they are ones you already have. In that case yeah just look at a retune and an r34 rb25 turbo. If you do every plan on upgrading the susp then I'd look into the bilstein kits but as you already have them no biggie.
