Just a quick question regarding r34's

When you pop the bonnet and look at the engine cover (the one tat says Neo 6 on the right side and turbo on the left).. Is the writing in red?

The one i have now is a greyish-silver cover but the words are not coloured??

Is there something wrong with it? Just asking because nearly all of the engine pics i've seen have red writing?

I think that means yours is a R34 series 2.

What month 99 is it?

maybe it just has a series two cover? Is your steering wheel two tone?

dont think it series 2.. as they start in 2001?

maybe its just an engine cover swap?

ive seen one with the nissan neo straight 6 and turbo in red but with the '2500 twin cam24valve in silver...but i have also seen one with all the writing in red

and yeh i thought the series 2 r34's started in late 2000 or jan 2001??
