Why can't I post in the Group Buy Threads

Hi can someone help me out. I went to post in the Group buy threads and there are no post Replied Icons for me to click on. At the bottom of the screen are my Post Rules at it says that I CAN NOT post threads, I CAN NOT Post replies, I CAN NOT attach anything, but I CAN edit my post. Which is no good to me if I can't Post anything. I was able to Post a few days ago. Have I done something wrong or is there something going on with the forum.

Help needed as I need to ask some questions before buying items.

Thats because all the old forsale forums are now locked..

The people involved will have to post them in the new "sau classifides" section.

It was talked about for ages, now when it happens everybody is confused. Funny.
