just wondering if this is correct...

i rememba one guy telling me that if i cut the wire 52 it will remove the speed cut

im thinking of doing this as everytime the car goes on the dyno...it cuts out

cant get and accurate reading...if u all know what i mean

I think it is wire no 53 - according to the service manual that is the 'vehicle speed sensor' wire.

No 52 is the 'crank angle sensor'.

Let me know how you go cos' I had the same problem:(

It is wire 53.......however some people have reported problems in other areas when they cut it, others have had no problems..........your choice

Is there such a wire we can simply snip?

Mine gets up to 190km/h, i thought it was supposed to be limited @ 180km/h?

it's 190 yeah...

you think it's 180 cuz that's what is on speedo but it goes upto 190 then it stuck there... on normal ECU

quite a few...

you car will go past 190kmph

or

you might loose control and crash after you hit 190

or

Keep going until your petrol runs out

or

you might hit sound barrier?!?! (anyone confirm this? )

or

Nothing will happen

I can't help but commenting......

You'll need more than 1100 km/h to do that (approx 700mph).

Not even Jun's yellow Supra can do it in Salt Lake, youll need something faster
