I had my car dyno tuned a cpl of weeks ago and the tuner put everything back to the factory settings(the ones under the hood) He set my ignition tining to 15 deg. I've noticed my car runs very rough at this setting. It doesnt idle that well (bouncing) and its not as responsive. There was a cpl of markings on the ignition timing plate when i bought the car. since the tune i have moved(retarded i think) back to the pencil markings. My car is idleing much better now and is heaps more responsive.

I think im getting more fuel efficiency too.

Just worried if im doing any long term damage and is it safe to leave it like this?

Its an s1 R33 with

standard turbo

3" turbo back zorst
