hey guys i just need some help.. well iv got a GTT and i had a SSQV. which comes in at low rpm.. i recently installed a pod filter wif 3" pipping.. i was playing with the bov like changing the vacuum hose.. well now the problem is thier is only the flutter sound when i push it too 1~5rpm but when i push it too like 6+ rpm the bov will kick in.. is thier a way so that i can get rid of the flutter and get the bov coming in at low rpm?? what is the problem here??

Check your vacuum hoses. Did you Tighten or loosen the screw on the BOV? If it a 2nd hand BOV, try it on some other cars, if its still the same...time for a new BOV!It shouldnt be like wat u had describe. Usually the sound will come in at about 3000rpm.
