matt can u plz explain to me how to do arebuild...my 180 just shit its self and i wanna no how to DIY a forged engine?

no prob, although i usually charge for this were friends so ill help ya out.

Find the cheapest engine possible, there is no need to spend money on anything to exciting. A commo engine will do. Pull the pistons out along with the rods. Dip them in a silvery blue colour in order to make them look like theyre forged. It's also not neccessary to use vht paint as you wont see the paint come off once the'yre in the engine. You will probably have to resize them, some think machining is the solution to this. They are wrong. Use an angle grinder until you get them to around the right size. put them in and use a welder to make up the difference. You might want to "sleeve" the block with weld for extra strenght.

^ Note this is not something I have tried before and "workshop dodgy" will not claim any liability for the actions taken by others on our advice.
