headlight covers

was wondering if anyone has had a go at taking the plastic front headlight covers off? or even do they come off? i have seen a few pics of slyines without the covers and was curoious as to how it can be done. any ideas?

dunno how to do it... but this may help..

hfm auto styling sell them they take the covers off and prep the surface and paint them im pretty sure.. they arent cheap tho....give em a call

I use hair dyer to melt down the glue(heart glue will be Ok too...but make sure u dont set it too hot)....clean & polish it. Look new again

so that was to take the cover right off? can u give me a more detailed explanation ha email [email protected]

I did took pic for the process...but spend me an hrs...still can't found WTH they're in my harddrive....Firstly, remove all those metal clips around the clear lense. use dyer blow around the edge until it hot. try force to seperate the lense inch by inch.

I heward you can put em in the oven for a while to melt the glue
