Replacing R34 Wing

Hi Guys,

I’m looking for an R34 GTT. I’ve seen a few models with an oversized wing. Can't say that I like this look!

What type of wing is this?

Has anyone replaced one of these? For a “Standard GTT Wing”?

What’s the approx cost?

From what I can see, I’ll end up with a few holes in each rear panel, plus the boot.

Will this be costly to patch up, paint, etc?

Cost of Standard wing??

That looks a bit like the factory optional kits wing. However the parts that come over the rear quarterpanels seem a lot longer than the ones I've seen.

It looks like it(and should) use the same mounting holes on the boot. I suspect there aren't any mounting holes on the quarterpanels either.

Ask Ed, I'm sure you'll find there are about 4 holes in each quater panel...the optional wing was attached like it was a structural item!!!

Dan, did your R34 have one of these wings?

I'm sure I'm seen one in Brisbane.

patching 4 holes in each panel will start to add up! may just wait for a car with "standard" wing....

It's more than 4 holes, try 7

I will prolly get mine fibreglassed and sprayed.
