when to service??

I use Shell Helix Ultra (49.00 from AutoOne), its for performance engines and turbos. Not cheap but she is worth it (im single, can you tell)

Then I just use a repco (I think thats what it is) oil filter, I change that every 10000. Oil is every $5,000

oh i forgot.

please for those who thrashs their car (in a good way) (we have skylines!! why shouldnt we?!! )

change the oil filter 2 times as often as the oil.

i have been told by some tops tuners thats all, as this will keep your engine very clean from the particles.

well i do change mine every 2500k's.

ahh damnit when did they start stocking that ? I looked in there about a week before i bought Castrol Magnatec from AutoOne. for like $27.

i go to the new one at auburn.

btw, you use magnatec? i would use a full synthetic oil man.

unless you dont thrash your car.
