Is there any marking on the cam to indicate that tey are indeed off a 34 Nur?

not that i'm aware of. I bought them awhile ago in the hopes to put them in my RB20 but have since blown the turbo and decided to put in a new engine.

not sure of the costs getting them checked out by a cam doctor to confirm specifications

Tomei lists the N1s cam specs as the same as R34.. so I'm not sure how much that'd help anyways.. If anyone knows a way to check i'd be more then happy to. But when I bought them they were sold as R34 Nur Spec cams.
