dual stage boost controller, rb25 turbo series 1

looking for a cheap boost controller and solenoid? well, complete thing that will allow me to change boost

also a rb25 series 1 turbo or t3/t4 hyrbid if cheap enough in fairly good condition... nothing that would need a rebuild anytime soon

some cams that would fit a rb20?
