Best freight service?

I need to send my rear bar from Adelaide to Canberra. Who would you recommend to freight it?

I called Pack And Send earlier today and they wanted ~$200.00, which I thought seemed a bit rich. Or is this what it costs to freight a rear bar nowadays?

I did mine with Toll the other week for a front bar to Wagga Wagga from Sydney, came to roughly $120
