you don't need to necessarily go for a larger sway bar as such. It would be more correct to say that a sway bar with a greater tortion strength. You can get sway bars that are adjustable for street and track. This shortens the distance between mounting points to give the sway bar a greater tortion strength, thus giving better road hold during cornering. Then you can adjust them back out to normal(better than standard) when you are driving on the street. I believe whiteline do these but maybe not, you may have to do a little research.

Skyla, you are spot on with your explaination of the sway bar. The force that is applied to one side of the sway bar creates an equal force on the opposite side of the sway bar...in other words, it tries to keep your wheels on the ground.

Yeah you don't HAVE to do it, but its advisable, since, to install the front swaybars you need to

take off other parts to get to it...

All NA SKYLINE hv No rear stablizer..The 33/34 GTR rear one will fit all GTST/GTT. Its 26.5mm(lash type) vs gtst 18mm(solid type).  

For NA, as the rear A arms are missing mounting kit....u need to source that parts to fit the stablizer ;)

Just stuck my head under the back of my R33 GTS25 - hello, sway bar. Looked under the back of of a colleagues R33 GTS - no sway bar. And confirmed that I was looking at the right thing by looking under another colleagues R33 GTS25T - sway bar there as standard by the sounds of things (can you tell we have a lot of R33 owners @ work?!).

My car seems to be one of the elusive 'Type S' GTS25's though, it has a few goodies I haven't seen on other GTS25's - eg variable capacity muffler.

ok guys the R33 GTR rear swaybar fits (i just put one in) and is a great improvement over the stock one. make sure you get new bushes from nissan to fit the bigger swaybar, i did it the hard way and spent about 2 hours expanding my stock bushes with a knife :)

haven't fitted the front yet, thinking about selling it and getting an adjustable bar instead.

I finally fitted the rear sway bar (whiteline) today, it was a simple bolt up job, and has made the car much more stable with high speed cornering.

Greg, just out of interest what sizes of the front and rear GTR sway bars?
