I'm Mark from the UK...and no I don't own a 'line...don't hate me

Sorry to post like this and apologies to anyone who works at Greenline if they read this...but...

Does anyone here know (as it's an AUS company?) if Greenline are still trading...or if they are having problems? any complaints recently?...

The reason I ask, is I've placed an order for parts in the past few weeks, payed over 2000GBP..and wish to order another 3k from them...but since the money cleared from Paypal, they've vanished, no reply to my mails so what am I to think?

I've already been diddled once by a US company, please don't tell me it's happening again. If anyone has any ideas let me know..or if anyone knows Greenline can you please ask them to let me know what's happening....you can understand my concern.

I ordered a substantial amount of products from greenline, and they "vanished" for a while on me as well. One of the guys put it down to email problems, and I did end up getting the stuff without a problem.

From what I can gather their phone number is 080-1914-4330. Try giving that a ring (its a Japan number) if youre worried about it

I buy from greenline and have received email from them today so as far as i know their mail system is working.

If I could just get a mail from them I'd be happier...they do seem to be good.

I will wait a few days and then get onto them again, if they're emailing some people and not others, that's a bit off

From whats been posted before the E-Mail problem is due to their Firewall. Most E-Mails get through but a few don't (but greenline think they've sent it).

E-mailing them from a different address has worked before.

ive bought a few items from greenline, and so has my mate (DRIVER) and we havnt had any problems with them.
