About to change my suspension setup. Currently I have Adjustable HKS Hipermax Drag coilover suspension in an R33 GTR but it is not really suitable for street use (since it is designed for straight line drag racing use). Two options available to me are either :

1. Replace the coilovers with Bilstein shocks and King springs (and try to find some strut tops for them which are hard to find on their own) and sell off the HKS suspension.

or

2. Modify the HKS coilovers with softer springs and modify the shocks so that they are more suited to street/cornering use and not so bumpy.

So the question is, would it be worth it to modify the HKS drag coilovers and can they be modified to be as comfortable as the Bilstein/King spring setup? I really don't need the adjustable height and shock adjustments so tending toward just selling the Hipermax suspension to recover costs at this stage.

Also if anyone is interested in buying the HKS suspension let me know.
