Guys, just wondering if where everyone is staying? I'll be living in yamanashi, but thats a good 3 hours there and back by train.. Im thinking it might be better to stay the night in tokyo somwhere rather than travel 6 hours in day :|

Nick and I both booked our travel through an agent here in sydney so I couldn't tell you what the actual per night room rate is at the NT. We were invoiced with flights and accomodation together.

From memory the rates were very reasonable, somewhere in the region of $60 AUD per night for a single room I believe
