Humming sound from steering wheel

For the last week or so my car has made a humming sound, i pinpointed the sound to directly infront of me,

its coming from my steering wheel, everytime i turn it slightly on idle it hums like crazy

is it my powersteering??? Also my steering wheel clicks on half rotations, i think theirs something wrong with it, like i cant keep my indicator on if i turn just slightly either way it cancels the signal, also my horn doesnt work, and ive checked all fuses...so theirs some FUBAR about my whole steering wheel :spew:

But this humming noise has just started and its really really annoying

If anyone could tell me wtf is going on and how i can get it fixed thatd be great
