r33 4 door 93 model

now prefers to spin up one wheel rather than push the car sideways under power through corners

seemed to happen round the time i got exhaust/dump pipe/upped the boost

any easy way to tell how my diff is travelling?

ummm.....yeh if your diff is single spinning is on the way out....but it wont die....

you will probably find you can lock both wheels if you turn 1 way...like left or right.... when you can turn both ways and it still singles.... then you will have to just put up with it....probably cheaper to get a 2nd hand one than a rebuild....

i have the same problem with my diff, single spinning and also a real pain is the clunking from the drivetrain ( i wont say diff because it appears to be coming from around the rear of the gearbox) Like backlash in the tail shaft. Could it be uni's?

I assume backlash in the diff because it has lost LSD action.

In a zoom or HPI there is a LSD viscous diff rebuild with two spacers instead of 1 to improve LSD lock up. Does anyone know of where this can be done and how much, in melb?
