($1500) NOW $1100 for the 800Km old HKS supension that came with my R34. I have been told they will fit the R33. These suckers are brand new, fully adjustable. Check out the HKS site for the tech data.

Easy answer. To comply my new R34 I had to put the STD suspension back on the car to get it complied. The person I bought the car off had just had them put on and kept the original VSPECII ones. The car is low enough and hard enough with the more aggessive STD VSPECII ones so I saw no need for the upgade and the car cost a little more then expected so the additional cash would be nice.

As a side note, I have to do 22 speed humps at least 2 times a day to get in and out of my work car park, so low suspension does not suit my day to day needs.

But! the car does look heaps better when it was lower! see the pic below

OK,

Its been 6 months now and a few questions and no serious buyers. I can see no use of good gear just sitting around doing nothing. OK let talk the sphincter of the universe, I will settle for $1100 if anyone is interested.

PM me if your keen.

Thanks

i'm running on a budget. Just bought a Turbo for my car. And I only got 600 on me. If your intrested email me at [email protected]

Are you dreaming???

Anyway i have these in my R32 and they are simply awesome, the ride is very firm but if the car is not a daily drive then its no problem. These are around 2500 a set new.

Good luck with the sale, its a bargian. Oh also if they fit the 260RS stagea then i know someone who is VERY interested.

Will be in Sydney round 16th of next month to pick up an R34 GT-T (on the water at the moment) and will be looking for coil overs while there to bring back with me (save on frieght). Please keep informed if you sell.

Musti,

Sorry mate, they can sit in my garage until someone wants the at that price.

26GTS,

Do you know if there is a difference between the GTS and GTR suspension? I thought they are different, if im wrong please let me know because I have a lot of GTS's after the suspension.

Wogboy,

You mentioned GTT so until someone can confirm the GTR or GTS/T compatability Im not sure I can help you.

Thanks

GTR & GT-T are the same, GTR & GTS are different, unless it's a GTS4.

600Hp, I cant comment on if they will fit your car. Please check out the HKS site to confirm if they fit your car or check with your performance shop.

Thanks

    • @Dose Pipe Sutututu I would argue that >300rwkW inevitably comes only with a raised boost threshold that makes it more likely to get beaten by the family SUV with a 95 speed auto transmission and TD torque. Ditto the traction problems when it finally does come on boost. I used to love my stock turbo. A little flex of the ankle and it made a sweet little whistle and you had torque immediately. It wasn't fast fast, but it was more likely to win the "squirt to make the gap" type races that actually matter for a street car. I think >300 rwkW requires more capacity than an RB25 can offer (again, for street driving). I have enough experience with driving 2JZs in that space to know that they are much easier to pedal around in than a 25. I keep thinking Greg did the right thing putting a V8 is his car. I can't see myself not having a turbo - but I'd really like a big engine torque curve.
    • This is kinda how I see it also. Could drill down then into sub tags.
    • Let's be honest here @GTSBoy 250kW in a GTS-t would easily get walked by my a family SUV these days. 300kW is the sweet spot, fast enough to keep up with the modern German cars (not from a stand still), fun enough and the motor still can be stock/unopened. Realistically, 400kW is a good number. It's enough to give you cold sweats, still be very street able in terms of the power band (provided you're not an idiot and go single scroll and delete VCT) and only needs a very basic rebuild (or stock if you have a NEO motor). Anything more, it starts to be stupid.
    • Deals off now apparently https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-02-13/honda-and-nissan-say-merger-talks-called-off/104934438 Hopefully Nissan closes up soon and the family X-Trail becomes a classic too!
