Mate i think the cochroaches here have turbo's on em.....you see em in the street at night and they are f*cking lightning quick.....u try to boot em and they scurry off in a flash. They have a yellow stripe on them too...big mutha****as....one of the locals told me the yellow is the speed stripe and tehy are quicker than the conventional black ones haha

Ait - excellent thanks for the info on that shop, i'll check it out tmrw. I just returned from Bintan island today, man i got sunburned hardcore over the last 4 days! nice place. and sim lim square? i'm staying right across the road from it! my bro just bought a computer b4 coming to singapore and he was spewin when he saw the prices here....poor bastard! I went lookin thru sim lim square (the big computer market) to see if i could find any other electronics goodies i.e. apexi PFC! No luck unfortunately!

Sim Lim Sq doesn't sell Car stuff!! Only electronics like Digicams, Computer parts, PDAs, laptops etc. Pardon my vagueness in my earlier post.

Other place to check out is also Garage R. They're somewhere in the Northern areas of Singapore - Upper Thompson Road area. I've been there a few times to look see. I've seen EVOs and a few R34 GTRs (there was an N1 spec there!). So it's another place. Not sure about how competitive the prices are. But remember exchange rate differences..AUD will win. And don't let them talk shit to you cos you're a westerner! As long as you know your technical knowledge about brands and cars.

Be careful when buying electronic goods (eg. camera etc). There have been cases of dishonest shop keepers. Just look around before commiting a buy.

Interested in car parts, check out this forum... it is however more catered for the S15 market though.
