cant post in mod section

Stupid thing is after ive tried to reply in the mod section and it doesnt post it, i post in another forum it comes up with:

1. Sorry! The administrator has specified that users can only post one message every 30 seconds.

haha - I had that issue for a bit in the Vic main section and then on Friday in the NSW execs section. After about an hour or so the posts seem to turn up. Very annoying.

I have the same problem, its been around for a good 6 weeks now at least.
