Hi Guys

Will the standard ECU in a 95 R33 allow to me run higher boost if i install a boost controller? i want to run about 12psi through a standard turbo, intercooler an ECU. what do you think, is this safe? Or should i upgrade my cooler and ECU before i start upping the boost. i already have a 3inch turbo back exhaust and pod filter

my car was in all sorts on tues / wed when it was up around 40 deg, i have stock turbo, cooler, ecu, and yeah she wasn't liking anymore then about 4-5psi, yeah she was shuddering, shaking, and stuttering, so i stopped boosting, but once the cold front hit, boy was boost nice, 12psi is fairly safe, would luv a cooler though, especially for summer

hmm strange i have no problems with heat on stock 7psi with stock cooler ecu and turbo, even when the inlet temp is like near 60 degrees its still fine a slight delay of about a 1 sec while the hot air escapes at takeoff but deff no shutter or shaking

i agree with paulr33, mine never had any problems last summer when there were hot days on stock cooler, ecu and turbo. I have only changed the intercooler out of the three since, and, my opinion BLK R33 GTST is that if you can save up or if you have the money get a front mount. It will run 12psi a sh#tload better than the stock unit.
