r32 headlights, high beam/low beam?

Hey guys,

I have a problem (i think). When I turn my high beams on, the normal lights turn off. turn the high beam off and the normal lights come back on. Very weird, someone said this is supposed to happen on R32s but i've never known any car to do this...

any help is appreciated!

happens on all skylines.. even my 1986 aussie version.

yes, its bizzarre... to get both to come on at the same time you have to rewire them

this is normal

supposed to stop the low beam cutoff ( the angle of light that lights up the kerb area) interfering with high beam as is my understanding

hmmmmmm...my low beams stay on when the high beams come on :confused:

maybe it was a complaiance shop thingo where each did it their own way? or maybe mine were re-wired in the past?

oh well who cares?
