Just went to go for a drive, and my car wouldn't turn over.

Was running fine this morning when I drove it.

I unplugged my SAFCII and it started fine, but it stutters and carries on if I keep the throttle at 2500, or try to drive/rev past it?

If I plug the SAFC back in it won't start again.

The only thing I did earlier today was alter the monitor settings in the SAFC, so different things appeared on the screen.

I didn't touch anything else.

Any ideas at all, this is weird.

How do I totally reset the SAFC?

Hrmmm.... They are symptoms of the AFM not working or not being plugged in...

You can totally reset the SAFC by going to the etc menu and choosing initialise... Make sure first that the sensor settings are HW4 in and out, and 1/1 in the next step...

Also check to make sure the AFM is plugged in OK... Check with another AFM if possible...

Let us know how you go... It sounds like the SAFC is a bit confused...

Well if u got the same symptoms when you unplugged teh AFM, then it is def an AFM problem. Go to the chk sensor menu and see if you get any voltage reading for the "In-1". If you do, then the AFM is plugged to the SAFC correctly. So check the ECU - SAFC connection.
