heya,

heh, the questions never cease for me =)

when i brake sometimes, the car tends to turn 'a bit' to the left, its quite noticeable if i dont hold onto the steering wheel. this happens like 3/10 times when i brake and its not when i brake hard either.

is there a problem? or is it just the road?

thanks

Eric

Different braking force by the calipers. You'd be surprised how different they can be if you get a braking test done.

I wouldn't worry too much unless it's pulling your hands.

You could go to any place that does rego checks and ask for a readout of a braking test. It'll take them about 5 minutes and if you think that they have to do one for a rego check and a rego check costs $27 they can't really charge you much.

there could be a few things doing this , as mentioned above a caliper sticking and no applying equal braking pressure on both side. however another thing is faulty suspension, if suspension isnt damping properly when you brake 1 side maybe holding up strong while the other is saging down causing that pulling to one side effect.

ive also seen incorrect wheel bearing adjustment cause a vehicle to pull one way when the brakes where applyed.

hope that some of this is helpfull

cheers
