Contesting a Fine IN Victoria

Hey guys,

Im want to write a letter to the police regarding the fine I received for drivng a car over the 125kw/tonne and I was just wondering , in victoria WHO do I adress the letter to and to who does it concern.

well all those types of issues are dealt with by Civic Compliance Centre. Its located opposite Spencer St station. Complaints probably should be sent to the Registrar as far as i am aware.

when i sent mine i just said to whom it may concern. I got off the same fine, by writing a really sucky letter. I got one letter back saying it is being considered, then a few weeks later another one saying although we are satisfied the offence was commited we are going to let u go this time. Have u had any other speeding fines etc. ? If its a first time thing then u might get away with it like me. Good luck.
