Auto Salon Final Battle

Did anyone else make the trek to Sydney for the Final Battle. Would be interested in hearing your thoughts on this years "Best of the Best".

Seems that every year there is a new popular mod, I think this years was the sissor door conversion. They were on every kind of car, including a few R33's. And what about that monster 44kg sub woofer they had hanging from the engine stand. I loved that collection of Candy Red painted cars.

Too tell you the truth, I really didnt enjoy the auto salon that much, too much of the same shit ie airbrushing big chromies,was disapointed. My mates Gtir was prob my favourite car there. There was a good deal of talent walking around so that was alright. Just my opinion.

I also agree the usual leap in modification wasn't there this year, but I always love being around hundreds of modified cars and promo chicks. Its like hoon mecca.
