id say its cause of the fact this isnt the real VIC section as the URL has changed from 22 on the end to 100... so the permissions and sub forums are also currently not up

The group’s people were in, such as members etc and still on the forums all that needs to be done is new sections to be opened and the appropriate groups defined. All the vic members are still as one group, just a new section needs to be made up in the vic section. Cheers Rob
