Apexi SAFC vs SAFC II

For tuning potential is there from the SAFC II vs the Gen 1 SAFC? Both have the blue screen but the SAFC II has the single dial on the RHS and Gen 1 SAFC has the four arrow buttons.

Does the Gen I do the same job as the II or is the II just look nicer and dosen't do much more?

I am looking for approx 260-270 rwhp in an R33 with 3" exhaust, FMIC, dump pipe, hi flow cat.

Both will do the job nicely. I stepped up from the SAFC 1 to SAFC 2 and found the knock control to be the major advantage over the 1 series. Also you have a wider selection path of tuning options at variable rpm points.

Value for money go the SAFC 2, if your struggling SAFC 1 still isnt a bad unit.

300 rpm increments for safc2 whereas safc1 is only 500, few extra features are knock sensors and a few other things from memory ... very cheap tuning option ... great product for little price.
