She would either be the (part) owner/tenant of the house, hence the charge.

Market value is around 30k - 35k, and there are way more than 4 left. I think you will find far more than 4 "aussie delivered" GTR owners on this forum alone.

I think he is talking about the Gp A ones but they cost more then $100K AUD, they were 55Mil Yen.

FYI: since no one is arguing, first and only officially built Nissan 4dr GT-R is the PGC10. The S20 powered GT-Rs are the fastest GT-Rs off the showroom floor, because they had no 180km/h limiter , top speed 200km/h!
