Cefiro, S13 Coil overs fit?

Hey guys, been trying to get a definate answer for a while.

Will Coil overs, designed for an S13 Silvia/180SX fit a Cefiro front and rear?

Yes they do fit I have fitted HA teins all round in my 89 ceffy from a S13

yeha just to confirm, i took my Tein HR's from my s13 and threw them in the laurel. The laurel sits lower with them though

Yeah, you might want to get stiffer springs if it was a good ride in the S13. If its a hard ride in the s13 Id guess it would be cool with the spring rates etc.

I find the ride is too low for S13 coilovers. The springs are shorter and the Teins are gives very ride. Anyone tried JIC or HKS coilovers? Wonder they are low too?

Not sure about JIC or HKS, not actually getting coil overs anyway.

I can get Koni sports with Eibach springs, either 1.8 or 2.2 inches lower then standard on a Silvia, for $1050 trade.

i'd be careful. I have an aftermarket front bar and with the Tein's on their highest setting the front bar is 85mm off the ground. So i'd probably only go the 1.8 " just to be safe if you have a kit, otherwise go for gold!

yeah pazz fitted them to a ceff we wound them right up on silvia stock wheels we got 120 mm of clearance

Sweet as Steve, I scored some 5-zigen springs for a song last week, put them in today, sits and rides brilliant. Nice and low, got some borrowed Impul wheels on it.

Since the S13 Teins are originally low, when we set it on the highest setting where the smaller spring (the thinner ones) are fully compress, is that the right way or we are required to have some allowance for it to move too?
