it seems to be a reocouring problem series 2 gts-t owners ecu's having tight boost and fuel cut limits. I was just wondering if you hooked up a series 1 ecu would it benifit at high boost or would there be to many diffrences in design for it to work

Tight boost ?

Fuel cut yes, Why would changing to another stock ecu benefit your cars ?

I'm not to sure if it would work properly as series 2 engine's coil packs work differently to series 1. Also if you have ABS the series 1 ecu wouldn't be able to run it i would think ?

If you want more power do other upgrades that haven't already been done. Or buy a fuel cut defender - Around about $250

But in that case you will have more boost still running stock ecu, so it would be more convenient to run aftermarket computer rather than stock. As you won't get too far over 200rwkw's with standard ecu. - and run into other problems. - maxed voltage on your afm.

The fuel cut is at around 14psi ? so why would you want to run more than 14psi through stock turbo or has this been upgraded ?

Is this just for R33's or other model skyline's ?

:P
