First F**K Up on my car... help please :(

I just got up. Thanks for the suggestions. I will go and get some new plugs today and see if that fixes the problem.

All it has maked on it is:

Could be remapped though. Sometimes you wont get a sticker or anything on them indicating that they have been tampered with. But with a 9000rpm cut....its definately been fiddled with....

Like others have said, try the plugs, I had the same problem you described at 1.3bar though. I shortened the gap and now its fine.

Think of it as a candle in the wind, as the boost gets turned up the flame gets blown out.

robin its most probably got a remapped ECU in there dude, with the cams and T78 you got I'll bet my car (the cheaper one) it is.

as for the non spooling, you most probably have a leak in your hose or intercooler, so when your pressure builds up it gets worse, until the car can't compensate for it, at which point it cuts out.

My problem seems to have fixed itself or I fluked it this morning while checking over plugs and hoses. I just removed and blew,wiped then replaced.

So I'm off this morning to get the new plugs from Autobarn and I test the boost and no dramas at all. It's been sweet all day. I am going to start looking for another ECU and get the tune done ASAP.

I can pick it up offhim cheapish but I'm not sure if it will run the GTR I think it will but I'm not sure???
