R32 HICAS - Which Models Have It?

Hey guys,

I am importing a r32 GTST 4 door ASAP. I am just wanting to know about HICAS - Did all models have it ? How can you tell? I will only be disabling it when I get it anyways, so I might just try to find one without it....if they exist?

Pretty sure every model has it.. except it possible it be able to be "optioned out" like most things on the skyline, don't think I have ever seen one without it.

You can tell if it has hicas as there is an extra chunky thing down near the diff.. think it may even say "HICAS" on it. You can also pop the boot and have a look for the little silver box which is the HICAS controller under the parcel shelf

Thanks, It will be hard to have the jap guys do that for me at the auction, if most have it i will just deal with it when i get it. No biggy.

all models have it, well all models that have a C in the model name...

ie... HCR32 = R32 GTS/GTSt with HICAS

HR32 = R32 GTS/GTSt without HICAS
