Wheels sounding funny?

Hi guys, i recently drove up a steep driveway abit too quickly and ever since then my left front wheel constantly feels like it's going over bumps, even though the road is smooth.

What could be the cause of this? I definitely know the driveway incident has caused this, but am stumped as to why it has caused my wheel to go like this, it's not like i even went up fast enough to buckle (only thing i can think of) the wheel or anything.

Wheel alinement??? Maybe one of the weights has fallen off the wheel. Or maybe you flat spotted the tyre at some stage???

does it make any noises or just feels like its going over bumps?

if it does it could be a wheel bearing which is easy fixed.
