R33 Nismo CR 5-speed into an R32

Is there anyone out there who has put an R33 gearbox into an R32? I presently have an HCR32 with an auto (gag!) box and I have located a Nismo 5-speed close-ratio gearbox out of an M-Spec R33, and she's on her way. What am I looking at? What dramas should I foresee or prepare myself for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  All good mate I'm mostly leaning towards the CANBUS differences being the problem. My arduino adapter is en route so I will report back.
