R32 Gtr Hicas Light ????????

hey guys just wondering if you could please help me out my R32 GTR hicas light on the dash keeps flashing and you can sort of feel a strange pulse every second or two and the steering feels heavy and inconsistent.

power steering fluid is full from what i can see, is there a seperate filler for hicas or is my power steering pump gone?

please help!!!!!! WHHATS WRONG

oh ok well thats about where my experience with hicas ends cos mine is playin up n i just got a stock steering wheel today gonna replace it over the weekend and see wat happens
