installing t piece for boost gauge ...

hey everyone, i have just installed (Well half installed) a electrical boost gauge. i set up the map sensor for the boost vacuum line and piped up the pressure hose between the plenum and the fuel regulator? well anyways i haven't wired it up yet, but the stock boost gauge is now a fair bit out, it wont even read + anything. and boost is still coming on, can feel it. is it a simplematter of recalibrating it or is there a better suited place i can hook up the t piece to?

Probably unrelated , check the vacium line to the stck map sensor it maybe broken near the plenum or hardened .

If it's the stock vacuum line, they're pretty well subject to going brittle so it could be anything from a hairline fracture around the manifold or map end, to a leak around the vicinity where the T piece is.

must be a leak near the t piece then cause it was working fine befor i installed it. :s damn it ... unless its a leak on the new piece of hose i installed. :s ... is there an easy way to check all this ?
