Need help on adjusting drive lights

Gday guys,

I was driving the other night with my hi-beams on(not knowing) for about 5 mins and not one car flashed me.I have lowered my car 1 inch and now find that my beams are too low and not lighting up ahead.

Does anyone know how to adjust them and where the adjusting screws are located.

screws are located on housing itself, theyre the only adj hex/philips head bolts there. ones for adjusting height and the other horizontal angel i cant remember which is which.....just park ur car infront of a wall , turn on the lights and adjust.
