Ok i have been reading up on different turbo setups for the GTR

ive been thinking on going single turbo (650 - 750Hp) with one big intake splitting off to the two air flow meters.

but i would still like a twin setup just get two bigger turbos say (400 - 450HP) with custom manifold etc.

I would greatly appreciate others opinions on here, like what they think the pros and cons are and what they personaly think of the two setups?

Cheers

:P

Hope you got forged internals to support the setup :P

HKS GT2835R's support 420ps each, are high mount and work pretty well from what I have heard. They are pricey though.

Then theres the other options of T51/T88 etc...

Id personally go the 2835's. They were on GTR-700 when it was street registered and it was damn quick.

Nah T88 is too big plus its not BB

as for internals yeah granted you need them for massive power, but with a single turbo setup you dont need massive power and heaps of boost to start with and the standard internals can take some power before a rebuild is nessasary ive heard up to 500 - 600HP which is all i would want to start with then once the engine needs a rebuild do it properly then crank the boost up and go after massive power... but as i said im just thinking about it cause i have family in all the different automotive areas, from exhaust shops to tires. and i was thinking a single turbo would be so much cheeper could get something like this or this for like 2.5K where two good turbos cost like 5.5K and a nice tuned lenth exhaust manifold would only cost me like 600 and get all the pipping done would be so much cheeper hehe and would look cooler too :(
