I used to run an "open" exhaust.. Just pipe off the turbo.. Wad pretty loud I guess. Not really somthing I'd be doing if you were in Sydney though.

If you want it REALLY loud...stick you head up that 5 inch muffler after you gut the cat and let your mate rev the crap out of it till it throws a flame....

I have a aftermarket exi-mani, hks style dump pipe, 3" all the way through a hi-flow cat then a resonator and a cannon.

The res got added about a week ago AND IT'S STILL TOO DAMN LOUD. I'm thinking of asking them to take it out and put in a fat assed muffler but there just ain't no room under my car

there's no way he would have a 5inch exhaust. he has obviously just measured the tip. sounds like most of the ads in the trading post. fully sick 5inch exhaust mate...

I changed my cat back to a 3" system, no centre resonator and it's pretty loud. Annoying loud in fact. If you've got a R32 and want to buy my exhaust PM me.

If you want loud and MEAN sounding buy a Halfya F1 muffler. Not cheap though, but sound TOUGH. That and a screamer pipe
