OS tripple plate questions

Hi im about to fit a OS tripple plate R3C clutch to my car, im in the urgen need of some info, what length does the thrust bearing carrier need to be as this needs to be changed and also how much needs to be milled off the input shaft sleeve for it to work correctly?

If anyone can tell me where to get the carrier asap it would be great, cheers clint
