OK I'll add my 2c here.

R34 first, R33 second, and R32 sitting last.

Why?

R34 GTR - need I say more?

R33 GTR - Lowered with a decent set of wheels they look horny. Newer than R32, more comfortable (remember that they *are* road cars). More spacious and slightly larger, but weighs stuff all more than an R32. Some are getting a bit on the oldish side but the later models are still fairly fresh. IMO far better looking than an R32 as well.

R32 GTR - The legend, but they're getting old and the shape has aged - gracefully (they do look tough, just like any GTR), but they have, nonetheless, aged. Also long in the tooth generally means the car will be more worn, and from an ownership point of view (rather than a "damn that's a nice car" viewpoint), that can be bad news. And, personal preference, I much prefer the look of the R33 and especially R34, they're more modern.

No doubt the 32 guys disagree but I don't give a stuff :)

sorry to offend anyone but the the 33GTR deffinately does NOT look tough

34 looks tough, 32 looks racey, 33 looks pretty shit in comparison with its bulbous shape and dopey, rounded headlights.

Yet another example of how opinions can differ between different people! Personally I think the R33 looks anything but shit, as I said I much prefer it to the R32, and I know for a fact that I am not alone. To me the R32 still looks nice, but in an "old school" way - IMO it does look dated. I do really like them, I just don't put them in the same league as the later models.

It seems that those passionate about the 32s are equally passionate about how much they dislike the R33. Jealousy perhaps? Haha just stirring, but seriously, what looks good to you others might find crap, and vice versa. If everyone liked the same things, things would get mighty boring very quickly. Build a bridge.

i mean i can understand that they cant afford a GTR but i mean whats the point, why not just wait a few more months and save up enough for the GTR of your dreams.

i actually prefer the look of r32 gtst's i think the unflared guards look heaps better when doing it up, the only downside is u cant fit those fat ass tyres on it, but u couldnt really go past the speed of the r32 gtr ey. but ill stick to my modded gtst

I'm with nemz on this one. R32 GTS-t all the way. the lines at the front end look so much cleaner without the flared guards, lowered with some rims that almost fit flush with the guard, really nice. RB20 is a nice little engine too, not enough torque though (not that i have that problem anymore). R32 four doors look the shit as well.

R34 GTR is a bloody aggresive looking bastard though, definately my second choice

Talking in gts-t, i would say that the 93-95 r33's just look shit, no wonder nissan decided to make series 2. The r32 gts-t looks nice (exept hate the look of the stock bonnet going down towards the front bumper) but like every r32 the interior is shit, but performance is awsome :D But R34, well it justifies itself.

Gotta go with the R33 GTR then GTS25t. Improvement all around over the 32, especially inside. The GTR32 is the original zgodzilla so it is a sentimental favourite. 34 just got a bit too much wrx type styling. Overall, the GTR's look much nicer than their rwd brothers.

well to be brutally honest - all skylines look dated  After all, even the R34 is not really in the "current" style trends compared to what else is out there these days.. So you have to be happy with an older generation, no matter what your preference.

I used to really love the R33, but these days, its only a rare few that excite me when I see them around and they have to have a unique or good kit, rims, colour, or something to make them stand out. Even R33 GTR doesn't do as much as it used to, although of course they're fun to be in :D

R34 look the best, R32 after that. R32 GTR is the smallest, probably most nimble handling.. Even the gts-t has the better sporty feel with the way you sit in the car and things. So wouldn't you want that in a "sports" car?? (although we can argue definitions here).. After all, in over 10 years of skyline GTR, it wasn't as if nissan changed the formula a heck of a lot - 2.6L twin turbos and ATTESSA. Most other cars in that time went through a heck of a lot more changes than the GTR's did mechanically.

R33 feel too big and bulky now. The extra room is useful, but in coupe form still a bit limiting. If you want more room buy a cheap family car and save the racer for mostly the track I reckon. Once I've finished with the 32, it'll probably only be an R32 gtr that I go for.. if another skyline at all.

s2 r33 does nothing for me at all - its like a "halfbreed" between the original r33 shape and trying to look more like the R34, but not enough.

yeah the series 1 33 looks very boring. then again so does a stock 32... but when lowered with rims the 32 looks more purposeful. the main thing i dislike about the s1 is the grill. the front bar and wing dont help much either.

but, yes... each to their own.
