Rear suspension

at the last service to my car, i gave the rear suspension 3 clicks clockwise - ie 3 clicks to go HARDER on both left and right as i felt the cars suspensions pretty soft for what it is (95 gts-t)

anywho, the car feels better but it sounds spongy when the car rolls over speed humps, like i can literally hear the suspension compressing and expanding after bumps...

is that good or bad? can it be eliminated without making the suspension softer as it was before?

I have adjustable koni's on my car and have the same noise sometimes. i find i get the sound on 1/4 turns past each half turn (not that this is all that important). I spoke to the Koni iporter who told me that this is normal. I would not be too concerned.
