Hey guys, i got an aerpro ap743 frequency converter from autobarn because its the one they said would be ok. Now i've been reading the stereo install thread on the r33 (which ill be doing).

Now i have the single din tape deck in my r33 (stock unit) and will be putting a single din jvc exad unit.

Now my question is, will i need the Nissan Diversity Adaptor AP348A (aerpro) adapter for the radio. i think i will be taking this item back. But i would just like to know if i even need the adapter to start with.

will need to know soon unfortunatly. would like to know by the monday if possible.

thanks for all your help guys.

if you are removing the original radio then you will not need the frequecy converter . you will need the antenna adapter though.(AP348a)

whist you are at it get the later model nissan plug from there as well and use that to plug onto the factory plugs.
